they emit a light unsutable for rear brake use or some shit like that, you can only have certain colours on the rear n front or safty regulations.
they look good so bolox to regulation get em.

You can't have a blue light as a brake light, only red. If you show a blue light, they'll probably nick you for impersonating a police car, seriously.

no i think these are blue with RED lights, like blue rear clusters
i have a clear 3rd brake light i made myself

Its got 16 blue leds that will light up blue, or you can have a blue and red combination. Its the blue that makes them illegal, if they were all red it would be fine.
