i know a bloke who claims to have 33 points and still has his licence. rekons if you dont sign the paper at the road side it makes it very difficult for the law

TBH someone with 30 points won't give 2 fucks if their licence was taken...its just a card to them...they will still drive.

could you not get 12 points for driving uninsured and untaxed etc, get given a 30 day ban or something, get licence back complete with 12 points then do the same and end up with 24 points on a valid licence?

I saw this on the news today, apparently you can get away with it a lot if you say you need a licence for your job
