just come across this new racing game from slightly mad (shift 2 etc)

Looks good. Just hope they ditch stuff that the big names can't help doing, visual stuff to showcase the effect rather than trying to make it look real.

Check the writing on the tyres, starts to blur as you get faster, then starts going backwards as it would do if the camera frame rate was slightly behind one full revolution of the wheel.

Same effect TG use to make the wheels look like they're going backwards.

Wouldn't happen with your eyes though.

Its an alpha, basially its free for the basic package but... If you pay you can have input directly with the development of the game then once released you get your cash back.

Its pc only, and the reason there is t a driver in the car is because it hasnt been modeled yet.

It really is, also sounds brilliant.

There is an atom being released in the next build (monday) so im looking forward to trying that out.
