Picked this up 2day, always fancied 1 and seen it pop up on Gumtree cheap cheap so went and viewed it and bought it........

Its a 93 rev 2 Gt t-bar. Guy only bought it to do the Madness to Monaco run and covered it with the stickers to raise some sponsor money. Done 5k miles and supposedly never missed a beat.

And what it looks like minus the stickers...

Aye the stickers are coming off this week. No looking forward to it like.

If its shit in the snow, al probably tuck it away till better weather. Got MOT till May 2012 so still get some good use out of it.

I did quite a bit of driving in my brother's old MR2 last year, it did alright tbh. There was only once when I had trouble getting it moving and that was after parking up one night on ice, then the next morning it had started to thaw slightly so it was now wet ice. Had to dig myself out a bit but I was on the go within a few minutes. Great fun for slow mo drifting though

Will see what the funds are like. He's not really my brother, he's adopted, but dae say fuk all he dosn't know.

Oh and just to save confusion, the stickers are still on it, the pic without the stickers is pre-attack.

So far ive peeled the hazard tape off, the black tape from the spoiler, and the names off the windows. No looking too asbo-like now.Had a cop car follow me earlier but they just turned off.Was hoping to get pulled and questioned but wasn't to be.

What year was your old 1?? Think the rev1 was the widow maker, they revised the suspension and shit on the rev2 and upwards.
