It's ok out there.. i'm not really a fan of the climate.. it's hot but it's wet humid heat and everythings moist and smells a bit, bit sickly seeing the 60yr old men with 18yr old thai girls but that's just how it is out there.. some people love it some don't!

Yeah ive been told the first day or two of training are the hardest as the body has to climatise to the heat, after that - pain!

Just whats it's like in general, food etc etc. I know the Thai's are a little funny about us training with them but what are the people like in general?

People are generally very friendly, i was there for 1 week. You will find that most who have a job that is to help someone like sales assistants etc will go to the ends of the earth to help you. Life is very cheap out there. Food is great. Fantastci thai curries and western food is available around the city. DONT travel by tut-tut, you will crash and you will get injured. Only the insane tourists/travellers like me dare risk it. Hotels are generally good and fairly cheap too but be warey of dodgy taxi drivers who insist they take you to their "friends" accomodation. It will likely be very run down and thrieving with scum like druggies and prozzers. Any other queries and i will be happy to help.

Cheers mate much appreciated.

Hotel etc is sorted, dunno what it's called but the people i train with go there twice a year. The room rates work out at around £7.00 per night for a top class hotel.
