First question - why do you need to uprate it?
Walbro 255 lph - check if they offer something suitable. Thats a cheap well known option. Suitable for 500bhp or so  )
I'm positive i was still running a 1.4 16v MPI pump at 200+ bhp on an XE though.

Simply changing a fuel pump wont make the car any better if its not needing any more fuel,
The fuel pressure is governed by a regulator so if your pump is provinding enough fuel and thats giving the correct pressure all you'd achieve with a higer flowing pump is more fuel returning to the tank 
If its failing replace it.... but you havent mentioned the pump it srunning just now. What is it?
