I moved house about 3 months ago but I've lost the paper part of my license to get the address changed.
Is there any way I can get out of having to pay for a new license?

Ahh OK. Crap really as I still have the photo bit just not the paper counterpart.
Oh well best cough up the money for it then!

its easy if ya lost the photo card but not if ya loose the paper part ;(

I've lost my paper part, lucky I scanned it about 2months ago for work, so I can get the code off it, moving house for a month now

You need to actually send back the paper part tho don't you? I have the code myself, but damn sure the forms said to include the original counterpart.

dunno, i did it before online, need your passport handy also,
they sent me an envolpe to send my old ones back, i never did and never heard any thing.

Brett if you do it online and you have the code you're sorted.
I thought I had a scan of the paper part of mine but it was only the photo bit.

This but tell them you lost both bits can do it online for less than 20 sheets
