13mph contant , i think that is either rly fcuking good or just bullshit!

as i run about 5 , and get about 10m up road and am fcuked

But i dont care , i work out in a different way! which keeps me just as fit!

well look at it this way, takes me 50 secs to run 400m, 4 x 400m = 1600m = 1mile. 4 x 50 secs is 200 seconds or 3 minutes 20, so it takes me another 1 mintue 23 seconds on top of my 4 x 400m pace. i no it seems quick but i no ppl alot quicker then that

Grrrr I text the bloke asking him what time I can go over to pick the phone up off him tomorrow, and he goes 'sorry mate sold it for 240' FFS!
