we moaned like fuck at our supplier this week as our WD drives had gone up buy 5quid per drive! they said it was due to floods we were not so sure lol!
maybe it was..

£5 only? That's not bad... Most prices have gone up at least 20/30%...
I hope they get it sorted soon, Thailand only accounts for 25% of the global WD hard drive production so they'll have to increase production at the other plants in Malaysia and the USA to make up for it.

John you sould have not bothered with trying to make a profit on the iPhone, drives is where it was at! we were getting the 2TB's for 50quid, I could have made some good profit on them!!

I paid 54 for some 2Tb the other week.
They're not going for that much more used to make it worthwhile moving them on.
