hi all  just a quick question for anyone who has or had the gaz or avo coilovers on their corsa b's what are they like ie ride quality, build quality etc. going to be getting one or the other for my project corsa which will be running a tuned 1600 cheers  .

Go for gaz GHA, cannot fault them at all. Even with high spring ratings, lower the shocks to be soft and its right comfy but turn them up in a couple of mins to corner how ever you wan them too
