In some ways it makes sense, we cant afford to run the Tornado and the Harrier so we had to choose.

They are so honest, those GR9's were upgraded very recently. bet they are getting a right bargain.
and to top that, since we have no maritime reconaissance (sp) aircraft, we are buying the Rivet Joint off them,

I just find it shocking, they must have the tech to upgrade their own, and all the kit they have in the desert, yet they have spotted a bargain from us.

Didn't it cost us more to fuck about in Libya then they saved by getting rid of the aircraft carriers as we had to base shit Italy and all the cost of fuel etc?
Read it somewhere but didn't pay full attention as the stupidity of it all hurts my head..
