Stop making up definitions to stop yourself looking a twat because you didnt read the thread title right
Old skool is applied to anything considered retro by the individual, not how available it still is.

Mars bars, coke etc are mainstream products, something everyone has and continues to have in daily life no matter what their age.
I wouldnt go out and buy a candy necklace everyday at the age of 25 because I'd look like a twat. Its something a remember buying as a kid though and remember fondly.
Most people would say a Mk1 Golf GTi is old skool, but if i wanted one i could still go out and buy one easily. All i had to do was type Mk1 golf gti into pistonheads and i have 9 to choose from, even more if used ebay. Still an old skool car though.

Anglo bubbly.
Highland toffee (think McGowans have just gone bust).
Lions sports mix.
Fireball jawbreakers.
Runts/Nerds.
Wonder what happened to Jolly Ranchers. They were good except for the watermelon flavour that tasted like flour.
