I got everywhere on 195 45 15 yokos last winter. Even up places that an m3 couldn't into my village.

I really dont see how a LET would be any different in the winter to a 1.0 12v. If anything it'l be an easier drive with more weight over the front wheels for traction.
Jambo, me and you are the ones that should be concerned about 'winter driving'
