Hi guys..

I'm trying to locate my fuel pump relay. The Haynes says it's in the drivers footwell, behind the kick panel, but its not there.. A quick search on Google says it could be anywhere tbh..

There's a cluster of them behind the glovebox.. but how the hell do I know which one it is? I've taken the green one out and tapped in the part number 03447012 into Google and all I'm getting is "relay - various" I've even tested the car with it taken out. Tested the lights, wipers, radio, car starts fine - so I have no idea what it does lol.

Update: The two purple relays share the same part numbers of 90464759 and according to Google they're the fuel pump relays, but why is there 2?

Is there any sure fire way of identifying which is the fuel pump relay?

You'll have to look at the wires going to it, from memory it's one of the purple ones, and it's the red/blue wires but I can't remember which. What you can do is put your fuel pipe into a empty bottle then switch the igntion on, when you plug in the relay it should piss fuel out into the bottle.

Both purple relays share the name part number of 90464759. The only difference is that the middle relay has thick blue and red wires going into it, compared to the one on the right hand side which has pretty thin wires..
