Lorries are higher than buses though. Buses drivers sit no higher than 4 x 4 drivers.

That's why lorries can't see as well.

Got hit by a bus year or so ago. He was sitting for ages at bus stop indicating to pull out but not mOving.

So first car went past. Second then went as did I and car behind me. He pulled out into me!!! His "witness"
After chasing about for months apparently was on bus with pushchair. I argued there's no way should could see both that the driver was indicating, my road position at same time. Especially as was apparently with te pushchair, which would of had to of been in middle of bus.

They tried every trick in the book to get out of it! I won the claim and damage was £900 on a Corsa, luckily for me the inspector said was to nice to write off!

Just be prepared to wait a long time. Don't let them
