The 4x4 F20 box has same ratio's 1-4, but a longer 5th gear iirc.
And you also got an F20 with a 3.72FD instead of the normal 3.55FD, but if he had that, (they are pretty rare) he would have been going faster than a normal F20 with 3.55FD @ the same RPM.
Anyhow, no standard F20 box will be sitting at 115mph @ 6k rpm. Should be going faster than that.

Are you 100% sure its an F20 box?? Have you seen F20 stamped on it?? Or did you buy the car with it all fitted and are assuming its an F20??

Does seem a touch low, but if you pause the video at 30 seconds, it's on about 125mph for the speedo. That was on 15'' wheels with a 50 profile. I never tried it with GPS, so I don't know how close it is.

My old 1.8 Corsa b had f13 on and that topped out at 115mph on satnav, thought an f20 would do more

not far off, although the limiter is rather high on it. its screaming for a 6th gear though
what clocks did 1.6 sports come with 130mph or 140mph cos my 140 ones seem a lot more accurate than the 130's

yea my gearbox is a F20 its got it stamped on it, i blame peoples speedo's as they're never acurate when high up the mph and yea i thought an F20 would be higher speed than previous gearboxes but i guess not :S but then again i was only at like 5,700 / 6,000 rpm the next 1,500 rpm probably would have lifted me another 5/6 mph more, but i dont like the thought of sitting at that rpm for long periods of time screaming the bottom end off engines, feels wrong lol
