well today is the 11th year ive owned this corsa and after 4 different engines and god knows how many wheels, bumper, brakes, suspension the list is endless...... there are still some chgavvy parts from my past which remain but i really cant be arsed to change them got too much other shit on lol
i dont ever really drive it anymore it just sits in my mates garage but the car is only on 57k running bilstein suspension, wilwood 4-pots, piper exhaust etc i only really keep the car now as it owes me nothing and would love to keep it another 10 years and bring it out as it really is rust free and the engine is a gem it has never failed me and it driven to the max when on the road but just thought id share couple of pics, the boot lid has since been sprayed.
please dont comment on stuff like m3 mirrors as i previously said some of the stuff ive grown up and i dont care about it just want to drive it when i can the mirrors work and thats all that matters lol

I was just speaking to a mate the other day about this car, wasn't sure if you still had it or not. Good to see it's still about and that it is still looking fresh.
Reckon it'll make an appearance at PVS 2012?

Carnt believe youve had it 11 years, i remember this from when i was 18 at the corsa meets,im nearly 25 now lol! Still looks fresh,we need to see it at some shows next year mate

yeah i do for the first time in ages plan to bring it to pvs for a change not bin for couple of years, i like the back bumper suits corsa b curves but to be honest if i had time and money id probably just put a standard smooth rear on it but ive got my house and other cars/motorcycles to deal with too so its hard to find time and money for it these days, but thanks for the comments

Not my choice of rear bumper, but other than that it looks good  I'd like to own an XE Corsa one day, or even just have a go in one. See you at PVS
smcgsi16v had his 8 years I think, that's the longest ownership I know of.

still looks fresh and clean imo,
i recently sold mine which i had for 10 years. only person off top of my head which has had one longer than 11years is prob beardy.

tbh i only kept it cos circumstances allowed i.e i brought it outright back then and ive spenty so much on it i would never see a return so i just kept it and 11 years later here it is..... these pics were taken about 3 1/2 months ago but looks same still......
in all fairness its been a pretty good car and gave me very little trouble.... about 18 months back the underside was completely stripped and rebuilt all parts wer powder coated poly bushes fitted blah blah blah!!!!
what made me wanna keep it is how you never see a nova about these days and if i can keep it long enough ill have an old skool motor with a legendary engine fitted
