Parents recently picked up the 32" for £200, reasonable TV for the cost although it doesn't support any form of internet/DLNA. Saying that, USB file playback support is pretty decent.
Adding to this, picture quality is OK but sound is a bit crap.
Edit - Only came across the sites a few days ago and haven't really looked into it but worth having a look at http://openlgtv.org.ru and http://lg-hack.info as it might be possible to hack the firmware to allow for "internet" features/PVR etc
