i pulled all the photos i wanted out of the folder on my computer, then turned off photostream on both my ipad and iphone and emptied the folder on my computer.
deleted the cock photos, turned photostream back on on both devices, as the folder was filling up the cock photos reappeared from nowhere

iCloud. Switch it off and just sync photos manually.

Oh, I totally get the issue. But why on earth were you photographing your genital area in the first place?
Also, you could just go to photo frame settings and turn of the photo stream folder, so it isn't shown.
