Why is 'everything' in 'little quotes', does it make it 'more' dramatic?

Exactly.
Plus with the amount of money that goes into these things an error so large as that would never happen. Will br run through on a computer before plans are finalised anyway

A friend of mine has been working as part of the delvopement team for this ride for a long time, so i will ask him and see if knows what went on.
I do know that from when I used to work at a theme park, ride test days always had some sort of "accident" in it, even on simple small rides.
What most of you don't know, that these "accidents" would even happen to rides that have been in parks for many years. Over winter, rides should get taken apart and rebuild again with new parts, and so under go these test days all over again.

That sort of error wouldn't happen for so many reasons. Still, people are stupid.

It'd be a well better ride if you knew you ran the risk of losing an arm if you weren't careful. People who did lose an arm, it's their own fault. Health and safety and this blame culture spoils everything nowadays.
