hello, i was in court on tuesday for carless and i got 4 points and a 150 quid fine... i had to give them my drivers licence, they sent it back... with the 4 points on the writen part but i dont have my card part back? where is it? do they have to send it off too get done by the dvla or sumthing? cheers

I sent mine away when I plead guilty by post for speeding and they sent both parts back together, including 6 points and a 184 quid fine

Aye, mine came back together. There's no reason for them not too, nothing on the card is changed, only the paper counter-part.

mine came back seperately id give it a week and if it hasnt turned up id give them a ring

i have court on the 2nd for driving without due car and attention .. hope i dont get banned but have 6 points already ... have to wait and see .. selling car and getting bus for a year anyway save 5k a year ! .. thats just insurance and fuel ... anyone know roughly what the fine and points could me or has been for them ?

If you've been driving less than 2 years your fuked.
5k a year saving on fuel and insurance. Fuck you must either do alot of driving or pay a shit load for insurance.

3 years driving thank fuck lol ..... both really haha .. pay £140 a month in insurance and roughly £240+ a month in fuel

yes thats after deducting my £1.50 each way to work and back .. and have woked it based on working 6 days so their is a little bit of leverage as to how many days i work ... so hopefully this time next year i will be spending lots of money buying a nice car
