Not too dissimilar from my old one. It's a slightly different atmosphere to a bank but they trade the same stuff that my last company did. In fact they make a lot more money than the same area at my old company did.

They also have a trader assessment programme where after a year you can go on a course to be a trader and if you pass, they give you a trading job!
