Thought Id share my new project on here since I have the day off. My last project car

However Ive sold it with the leather and replaced it with this

1997 Audi A3 1.6 8L . I know its not the best of cars but due to my postcode insurance is sky high And sorry for poor quality its the only picture I have of it when I bought it.

It was completely Standard and was px car at a local garage so was cheap but needed work doing to it.

First things first was to facelift the rear lights with the newer clearer rear lights from a 2001 A3 which where only £20.

After that I decided to replace the damaged Front bumper as it was cracked and poorly repaired. Replaced that with a S3 bumper and fitted my Private Plate

much better !

Then to replace the A3 pepper pot alloys which I think are awful .
with a set of A3 Turbo Alloys

The roof had also suffered from its previous life as someone had fitted roof racks to teh car resulting in alsorts of scratches and dents. So got into contact with Terry @ Dimma In Cheshire and got my roof wrapped which got rid of all the marks result !

And Changed the wheels for some Lenso DTM alloys

Which leaves the car standing like this

Ye it's not bad it's still standard as I had a boost leak I couldn't find so couldn't map it but now it's running fine it pulls pretty well. If you do put coilovers on it Put the Lcr strut tops on because it chews through normal ones.
