Have a 61 plate 1.6 petrol zafira. Only done 4500 miles and it sounds fucked. Very raspy on overun and a knocking noise form time to time usualy during gear changes. Lots of vibration through pedals and wheel too. Any ideas? Mate of mine got a fault code from the dash and reckoned it was 21911.

Code you have doesn't sound like a proper DTC though, you got any way of reading it from the diag port?

The code my friend who works kwick fit got up by holding down pedals and turning the ignition two clicks?

Its a company car so will all get sorted but i wanted to know if it was alrite to drive as ill be taking my son out this weekend in it.
