Anyone ever had any dealing with these type of places?
After a 120d or something similar, they have some bloody good prices and have good finance packages aswell.
But i remember hearing not so good news about them a fair few years ago.
Anyone any help?

Wouldnt touch with a barge pole tbh.

There's almost no point in buying from the likes of Car Crap etc. In actual fact all you're buying is a warranty so it needs to be a bloody good one because of the cost of the cars.
They're more interested in stitching you into finance deals because they get a nice cut of that.
All the vast majority (in fact probably all of) the used car supermarkets do is buy cars from the auctions, polish them up a bit then add a large margin and cream even more off when they persaude you to take finance on it.

Agreed, amd most of AJ cars are barely even cleane up auction cars, Hilton is different in that both times i told them we weren't having finance, we were paying cash/card, we werent partexing and started from there, agreed to have the first car (Astras SRI CDTi 150 SH) on condition 4 dents were taken out a kerbed wheel sorted, needlesss to say they had dentmaster out that morning and spent 45 minutes refurbing wheel and sorting all dents via PDR
second time they did insist on taking 3 days to 'prep the car'.... meaning they were too busy selling cars to actually get one ready so although we agreed to buy it on sunday morning at 10 we couldnt pick it up till the following saturday afternoon
