Ironically enough the previous owner was in the same situation, he took it to BMW with a blown turbo and they wanted nearly £2k... It was sat at the garage for months.
Aint been funny but if he could not afford £2k then maybe he should have had a corsa

Who wants to pay 2k to fix a car? Regardless whether you're on 15k or 115k a year

Maybe if he'd took your road and been strapped up for the car he could fit it in around his monthly payments.

Had the 3.0 petrol a few years ago, lovely car but was just a bit too pricey to run with petrol prices. Tossing government raised the road tax for it just as i put it up for sale too!
Change the wheels and it won't look far off the facelift.

OK I take it all back.. Total and utter Junk!
I have no idea how X5's get such a good 'review' yet the ML's are slated to bits?
I swear this car is made of paper Mache
* The door handle broke off last week due to the mechanism being frozen, the replacement door handle carrier was 70 bloody quid!
* The satnav keeps freezing up.
* The load cover rattles worse than the 3rd row seats in the ML.
* Its total shit in the snow (mainly due to the width of the rear tyres).
* The auto head lights randomly turn off and on while your driving (in the dark).
* The passenger wing mirror automatically points down when you reverse which is REALLY fucking annoying and I cant work out how to turn this off?

...Oh and the heated seats dont seem to turn off or down automatically (unlike every other car on the planet) so after about 10 minutes you start to feel like your balls are on fire!

Put mirror selector on the passenger side. Used to annoy me in my 330, but did come in useful on occasions.

I've tried leaving the switch on either side and it still goes down.. I'll try Pow's idea in a bit
