I'll take this opportunity to say how shite they were/ are, bought an alloy bottom pulley off the site and was told a week delivery. Phoned up after about 9 days to be told I should have it and if I've not got it in the next couple of days they said they'd send a replacement. Couple of days went by, I phoned again and without a moments hesitation he said he'd send it again. Waited exactly a week and phoned back on the seventh day to tell them I'd not got it through. The said they'd send another  at which point I told the guy that it seems like they were simply waiting on my part coming in and that they were just trying to stall me, asking what sort of fanny would send three items so flippantly. Guy on the phone's arse started flapping and he got a bit shirty telling me I could have a refund if I wanted. I told him that'd be fine and that they'd already wasted enough of my time. Cue my refund not coming through for 3 days, with me phoning them each day asking about it, then on the fourth day the pulley came through, date stamped 3 days prior. I was happy enough with that so just left the refund, which never came.
Absolute wankers of the highest order, would never deal with them again

In fareness to Chris I've had the opposite, maybe it was in the early days when he was just starting out but real friendly, straightforward, helped me out quite a but to be fair with bits i needed etc... Perhaps it all went to pot when he got busy etc..

Think he ended up getting too busy and couldnt cope and that was the start of a slippery slope? Or maybe others were letting him down.
I remember a mate had parts ordered from him when he went down the drain and got his money back through his bank. Didnt realise he was back on the go

The site that number is from says they are based in the NW, he was not far from me in Chorley. I was told ages ago that he fucked off down south somewhere.
