Are these worth anything?

Ive been offered just the unit and cig lighter power lead for £10.

Do you have to subscribe to make them useful?

Just to add its unregistered and its £2.99 per month to use it etc..

Might be worth getting but i dont know how good the detection is on them.

Anyone got one who can comment?

I had an old s3 years ago. It was good, a d I had the extra radar detector behind the front grill az well.

I don't use one now as I am older and have learnt that its pointless speeding anywhere now.

Was just handy having driving in areas you didn't know so you didn't get caught out by gatso's etc.

Thats kinda what i was thinking, no point in having radar detectors if your driving places you know.

Ive got it going in the van and its picking up all gastos and truvelos 200m before they are there.
