got me self a gsi grill of boz_gsi

came with a black badge but a trip to the scrappy got me a vaux one, wanted an opel one but seem impossible to find so car will be going back vaux from opel..

then had a idea for some mud flaps:

take one standard pre mud flap

remove the badge

glue a different badge in its place

and trial fit

not sure if i like it though..
and car clocked over to 64k

Had nout do today so decided to give it a quick bath..

Before.. looking very sorry for its self.

50/50

After.. stilll not looking great tbh..

Stone chipped

my inner lamp finally turned up to so got that fitted..

Can really see what a difference the lamin-x makes on the outers.. not sure wether get some for the inner or take it off all together?

Not really an update but still..

picked up some space center caps for a bargain of £2.50 posted..

and got my self some gsi reps, so had to try them.
think they will make a massive difference tbh

also found some rust!
Whats the best way to get rid of it? just sand prime and paint?

also got fed up of searching for opel badges and flaps so going back to vaux slowly
first up was the boot lock surround, decided get a pre one to match the bumper.

and some random pics whilst painting

and fitted

Looks good with the boot lock done also

As for the Lamin-x I'd either get smoked for the inners so they match, or order some clear Lamin-x and redo the lot.

Deffo reccommend keeping Lamin-x on them though!
