I wouldn't even bother fighting . Nothing will happen to A

B will go home and decide to claim off C

She might as well come to terms with it as she's clutching at straws

Well spoke to driver B hes telling me hes not bothered about scratch on his crash bar and just wants to forget about it, I asked if he was injured and he got a little edgy and said not really.

Bit unsure how hes going to play it but not going to pursue driver A more hassle than its worth and I reckon I can fix the car from the pictures for £100

The witness turns out to be a solicitor and was very helpful and offered his corporation if needed.

So Ill see if I get a claim for injury off driver B within the next few weeks.

It's nothing to do with more hassle than it's worth, it's nothing to do with driver A.

If driver b isn't insured you're lucky, he wouldnt risk it. If he does say you'll conger claim and ask for insurance details

If the driver in front had to slam on for something like an animal in the road would you be blaming the animal?

if driver b had hit driver A then It would for YOU be Bs fault and you claim on them but because b didnt crash therfore b was leavin a good distance and you hit b meaning you wasnt leaving a good enough distance it is 100% your own fault

it's always funny when someone involved in an accident is a policeman/solicitor/knows someone in the forces etc.

seems to happen in every accident i've been in.
