Been having 5 full eggs a day, scrambled for the last 6 weeks or so, for breakfast.
Obviously don't want my cholesterol levels to rise, so was wondering what a safe amount of eggs per day would be? Or at least how many yolks?
Thanksss

The yolk is the bit that carriers half the protein and good stuff, you cut that out you cut out half the good stuff.

yes the yolk also pretty much has all the fat, all the carbs and all the cholestorol though. If you are that fussed about protein only for breakfast then eat something else with more protein in, eggs dont contain that much protein.
