Hi, ive a w-reg corsa b sxi, i have cleaned and painted all my front suspension components and im going to get poly bushes.
The only bushes listed on rallydesign are for pre 97 cars. Looked into this and was told to fit the early tie bar front brackets (buterflys) onto my post 97 setup...
Tried this, and the front nut only goes on half way (the machined shoulder on the post 97 rods is further forward.)
Cant use the early rods with my wishbones as the ball joint holes are different...
So i have:
Freshly painted post 97 wishbones, tie bars, front brackets, brand new ball joints
Will i need to use the complete early setup? (if so, are the wishbone mounting points on the shell the same place and spacing on pre and post 97 models?)
Or do bushes for the later tie bar brackets exist?
I cant see why vauxhall changed the design tbh

I used early setup thats bottom arms ball joints and tie rods easiest way as post doesnt fit pre stuff reason
bottom arm bolt holes are different for ball joint and tie bar fitting
butterfly on post is 1 piece and on pre its 2 piece so can be pushed out all interchangeable as mines w reg aswell

Nope i searched everywhere apsoloute pistake i pressed tge bush out of post ones and the powerflex and rally design ones was to small so i got pre and it was perfect fit powerflex but rally design ones were a bastard to line up but once done both good and no real difference between either i noticed?
