I remember getting a fucking huge Scalextric track one year for christmas. Had a couple of loops and everything.

Then I remember the sour disappointment when I realized you don't actually steer the cars, but just hold down a button and watch them follow the track.

Spent hours building the track, played with it for 30 minutes then never touched it again.

I always found that it was a case of how much throttle you gave them before spinning off the track. The person who controlled their car the best obviously got round quicker.

Looks a decent track, think it could of been better but it's decent

I would love to fill a room with a massive track and detailed landscape. I remember when i was about 10 and my parents went on holiday so me and my brother made the track go round the whole house. Used to have hundreds of tracks, should all still be somewhere so may get it out one day
