With much regret i am considering selling my Polo GTi due to personal circumstances.
In my 3 months of ownership i have really got attached to it, it has been a good wee car for me and was perfect for what i needed. Has been reliable, and cheap to run.
The car has been fitted with a few parts over standard...
JOM coilovers, all of which are free and un-seized as i have adjusted them recently.
16" Rota Slipstream wheels with a polished rim and Flame Red centre's (alot lot brighter than the pictures make out). 195 45 16 tyres with good tread on 3, and a bit lower on front left.
Legal ( i think) pressed plates.
Stubby ariel.
Small drivers side wing mirror (from a Lupo i think).
I have also fitted a new replacement slimline H.I.D ballast, new front left lower ball joint, new outer CV joint, new front left wheel bearing, and new front left wheel hub.
Got a folder with old MOT's, receipts, original black key incase the other 2 are lost. Service history up to 86k when the timing belt was last changed. Only done 4k since it was MOT'd in Sept 2011.
Taxed till end of May 2012 and MOT till Sept 12 2012.
No gearbox issue's, and uses no oil or water.
Couple of bad points worth mentioning are....
Small bit of paint flaked off rear bumper.
Drivers side window sometimes needs a wee help going up. Common fault i believe.
Bodywork is in pretty good shape with no rust and im pretty sure its dent free. Does have a scratch on drivers side rear quarter. Still comes up fantastic when clean.
Cash sale only, no swaps unless its for something exotic, quite like Lamborghini Gallardo's.
