When you do a conversion and send off the v5. You have to send a report off with it. Does anyone know what exactly the report would say?

I know it must include the vin and engine numbers but what else? :s

going to get the garage round the corner to do mine and they want to know whatthey need to put on there?

i just sent the like of what's stated in the above link, and a brake down of parts fitted on the garages receipt

so just like a quick headed receipt for fitting it, with the engine code and vin number on there somewhere??

would that do ?
