Author garage that will fit coilovers

I've rang a few local garages about fitting my coilovers and they have either said no or quoted some rediculas price does anyone know a good one that will do it in the area?

I would have done them for you if you were closer, its piss easy

Try find someone of the forum that knows what they're doing and give them a few quid

for an astra though not a corsa are they just as easy/hard?
You need to take bits off the standard suspension dont you?

just as easy mate and depends dose your coilovers have to strut tops ext with them and bolts if not can switch them over

mk4 astra?

Only difference is fitting the arb drop link back on, still very similar to fitting corsa ones

and all you need to take of the standard suspension is the top mounts and bearings

Them FK ones are shit, I had these on my Astra and were spot on

Its allright just banging them on but your tyres wont last s month without the geometry set up

laser alinement (drunken tired spelling)

personally i prefer uprated shorted shocks and springs if you can get good ones

What he said my corsa was eating tyres cost me Nealy 80 quid for the bolts and to get it set up

I had it laser aligned a few months back i assume it will need doing again after the coilovers are on?

How much of an issue is it with coilovers? i.e. will it acctualy destroy tyres or is that worst case senario?

Yeah you will need it setting up again I was getting no more than 2000 mile out of front tyres before I got it set up there were running in bad that was with 60mm uprated springs and shox though had my coilovers set up straight away after I fitted them

Best place near us is canon park tyres that's were I had mine done both times there give you a print out of before and after and a lot of people recommend them. If ya want I'll fit the coilovers for ya can do it any night this week or next
