If you're going to the gym 4 or 5 times a week and running for 40 minutes each time you'll lose weight no bother as long as your diet isn't ridiculous.

Don't see any requirement for the supplements personally.

Wouldn't worry about supplements, Diet and cardio 3 times a week.

Minimal carbs after 6pm. Substitute foods for wholegrain variations where possible.

Intervall training (HIIT) will see you with the best results.

What intensity of weights are you doing? If you're gaining muscle as opposed to toning you will be affecting your weight loss target.

Peronally I wouldn't be taking ECA, best off seeing how your body reacts to decent excercise and a good diet first. Won't need protein shakes either for what you're trying to achieve.

diet is quite poor tbh, i only eat 1 meal a day and sometime not even that, most meals do consist of chicken or turkey though and jacket potato or an egg sandwich, just loaded my fridge with fruit also.

weights are 25kg for legs, 25kg and 10 kg for arms, 16x3 reps

I'd concentrate on the cardio over the weights.

Dumbell Squats would be good for you.

I would scrap the weights, if your goal is to get rid of weight then stick to cardio with some core training on the abs.

Weights for toning, cardio for losing the fat and a diet to help is all you need really.

Imo this carbs after 6pm is just a myth.

There is no scientific evidence that eating carbs after 6pm would be detrimental to weight loss.

Ditch it.

You need to sleep well both for your body to recover and your workouts to be effective.

Ditch the supps completely. If you want loose weight, stick to cardio. Small meals through the day, and sleep well. If your on ephedrine or clenbuterol etc, come off it.

If your gonna take eph or clen, take it early, dont takenit after 5/6 or you wont get sleep, would also keep the small weight training up, will tone you up as your losing the fat, maybe have 1/2 shakes if your missing out a small
meal during the day.

however non complex carbs etc if eaten at night and before you sleep (which is why they say after 6pm) will result in less opportunity for them to be burnt off and unburnt carbs will be stored as fat. Eating something else such as protein at this time would not and is far better.
