Looking for a new TV or when my house is ready and noticed curry's seem to have some good deals, any one recommend and of the below or have any more advice?

The first 2 are "hd ready" so they only show up to 720p, the last one is full hd = 1080p

Not even just that it's only HD ready, thy are only 1024x768. That's a 4:3 format in a 16:9 size screen because it's got old rectangular pixels.

Steer clear, technology to go with the looks.

Ah ok the the lg is miles better then I don't want an old technology tv if for a few hundread I

I'm sure Costco were doing the Panny 50B's for < £300; as said, stay clear! Saying that, i don't think the LG is a steal either, obviously i'd have a look at it before purchase (preferably somewhere where they haven't done the usual of maxing out contrasts/brightness/colours).
