Hi i bought a standard gsi grill for my gsi to replace the badgeless item which broke on removal and the bumper has been smoothed to the standard item wont fit.I dont want to cut the bumper so will i have to get another badgeless one?Are all badgeless ones the same fitting?Thanks

All non-GSi grills are the same, it's only the GSi grill that differs from all other Corsas due to the cut out in the bumper.
If you have to fit a non GSi grill to a smoothed GSi bumper be prepared that you may have to modify it to fit, I smoothed a GSi bumper and fitted an aftermarket standard spec grill to my GF's corsa

I bought a new metal mesh one to fill the hole in my gsi bumper and it doesnt line up theres gaps on the bottom corners any ideas?

You'll have to trim the top bumper supports that bolt to the slam panel.
I also think I had to chop some brackets off the grill

only one I have is of it finished, didnt take any during fitting..
