As said above, whats the deal with suarez / evra, who gives a shit. Manager stood by his player, and rightly so.

I think there is standing by your player but then if they are found guilty, if you accept the charge you should condem them.
The whole "We know he is innocent and have the evidence to prove it but we are not going to bother" is a load of tosh. Either accept it and then say he was wrong to do it or defend it. His stance was the middle one and made him look a bit silly to all those outside LFC

Exactly this, you either stand by him and push the case to the hilt or you don't and condemn his actions after you lose the case. Don't just go "ah well, everyone hates us anyway no point, aye we agree with the decision but he isn't guilty" just makes you look like a right set of cunts.

Still think Dalglish deserved another season. Knee jerk reaction the likes of which Ben J would be proud of

but why and on what possible basis do you think another season would have done?
So he coudl spend anouther £120m on shit players and do appalling? He hardly improved throughout the year, if anything he went backwards!
If the fans want the club to invest in new players etc then why would they persist witjh someone who is proven to be poor at picking new players (ok commolli may also be at fault here) and rubbish at using them?

Liverpool didn't even look like improving. Their form since January was amongst the worst in the league.

They're lucky that there wasnt any more games left as they were dropping even lower down.
I personally think AVB will be good for them, i liked his attitude at Chelsea and was trying to look for the future of the club. A team as shit as Liverpool need time to sort things out and a young manager to start the challenge, KD wasnt working at all.
