I had to knock the rear arches in on mine but other people on here havent. Just a case of trying them on seeing how much clearance you have

I can't believe how much these Gaz coilovers are and you have to smash your corsa arches to bits.
Never right.

Just give the arches a gangersters beating with a lump hammer. You'll not break anything, theres nothing to break

Some people seem to have to hit it and some people dont.. I measured mine and did alot of invest and they wont clear on mine. Personaly I think its dodgey just to put coilovers on the back. The correct way to do it is to turret it. When your wacking it with a hammer and bar your changing the shape of the rear chassis leg. Not right at all and rough . I had a good chat with a guy at GAZ, and they tell you that direct on the phone. They do not recommend fitting them without fitting turret's in with rear coilovers. I got Rich (P1CK4D) who is a top bloke to custom order me a kit that consisted of GAZ GOLD coilovers for the front and GAZ GOLD rear dampers and spring with adjuster platforms. There is no way I'd bash the rear arch of my car in to fit coilovers.

You must remember Corsa's wasn't built to have shocks and springs as one on the rears. So trying to fit what potentionally shouldn't be there is always going to be a gamble due to space. It's purely down to pot luck if they fit directly on or not. I was one of the lucky ones and mine fitted without any problems on my old GSi. Other's don't have the same luck.
Thanks for the praise Col
