weights a weight at the end of the day , whether its a 5kg argos one or a 5kg proper olympic one. if its for home then just stick with the cheap ones

Rubbers good for big lifts, don't bang etc as much. So if your doing big power lifts, which you should be get rubber coated or get some mats. If your curling in front of the mirror get cheap and cheerful. This is just my advice man, do whatever the fuckkkk you wanna do.
