Get gen ones, get your car flashed to accept them and there are no issues.

Agreed.

If you buy this sort of car, accept the fact modifications and upgrades are very expensive. Dont use 5quid tint spray and your mums tights to change the rear lights. Seen this so many times and its cringeworthy

Who said they're too expensive? They're £130 quid... No more expensive than corsa lights

Get LEDs genuine ones and a brake light too.
Per facelift ones look so dated.

I was talking generally. Once cars become affordable for a particular group of people these things happen. I can't answer whether your in that group or not

BMW do the retro fit kit. It's only a reprogram so nothing to worry about. Phone an independent BMW specialist and discuss with them first. Usually around £50
