[quote="sas-1991"]Hi all, my names Shaun!

Been on here for a while now but never got round to posting a build thread?

Iv had the van a year now, got it when I were 20, intense in to use It for work as I'm a self employed sparky, and after spending 000's on my last astra can, I said I wunt do owt to this one!

But all who know me knew that wunt last long!!

When I first got her!

Well I tell a lie I smoked the lights before that photo!

More!

Then I bought these along with some ta teknix sus

Along with fittin them, got bumpers and mirrors painted
Then she looked like this!

Then had a few days free, so tided her up, painted badges mart black, smoked the reds all red and had rear windows tinted along with front 2 little windows

Then I got bored of it like this after a few months so treated myself

On the van

Did the rear of the van in Gary carpet, plus tiled the floor

Side rail cover! Cheers reflex!!

Also iv had it mapped too, now running a steady 160bhp and 360lb torque!! Which im made up about!! Love how it pulls now!!!

That's it I think so far! Watch this space!

All comments welcome! Good and bad!!

Cheers Shaun!

The second set of alloys, pretty sure someone on here had them on their Evo before they sold it? They're smart!

Rota's look great, although I'm still in 2 minds whether a modified van gives the right impression to customers (don't get me wrong it looks good!)

Oh and get it machine polished properly - it's riddled with hologrammes from the day you bought it by the looks of it

Looks good, What are they like to run day to day with tax, insurance fuel etc? Like the carpeted rear, take it that it is a kit you can buy with all the boards and carpet included?

Been thinking of something like this myself, just to be different!

Erm insurance with me been 20 when I took it out were stupid! Been a van and that!

It does about 50 miles to a tenner now wi the map? And tax is 220 for year? So not exactly the cheapest to run? But it's good!

Hope that helps
