Any one use any?
I started at gym again (not been for over a year) about 6 week ago, been going at least 3 times a week, try go 4/5 and I play 5 a side once a week too. Was 15st 10lb. Wanted to loose weight and get more fit. Im now eating shit loads healthier, before I didn't have breakfast as such, I'd have Squares cereal bars, fat sandwiches and chocolate and crisps at work throughout the day.
I'm now eating cereal for breakfast, good dinners an cut out all the bad shit, drink water and eat fruit as snacks.
Started taking Grenade thermo detanators last week along with diet and healthy food. Down to 14st 10lb today. Feel loads better from it all. I understand it can be done without the tablets, but they really help suppress appetite and give more energy. I've lost 6/7lb since I started them last week. So they also seem to speed up weight loss. My aim is to get to 13st but also bulk up in muscle a bit which is already happening.
Anyone else take anything to help?

I'd personally steer clear and see how the better diet, exercise works out first.
Pumping chems into your body isn't great and not something you can do forever. Better to change your lifestyle to get results which you can maintain without pills. IMO.
