Does anyone on here work for vodafone/any phone retialer?
I've just had a look to see when I can upgrade out of interest, and they have me on record as a 39 month contract.
I am going to speak to them and get it rectified, however do you think there is anything i could ask for? As it is turning into a pain tring to get through to them and for them to sort it.

Robbo and Bubble work for voda iirc.
Jambo works (or did) for Orange iirc.

Although hassle, what exactly do you want for phoning them up to tell them that the contract length is wrong? A free phone?
I hate phoning vodafone about anything.

no i don't want a free phone  I jsut think it shouldn't be my issue to chase them up on altering thier data when I pay them enough each month.
