Does anyone have experiences with any car transporters? I'm looking to get a car delivered from Lincolnshire to Aberdeenshire.
Does anyone have any recommendations? There seems to be plenty on google search but would rather go with a company with a good reputation etc...

I recentley used a guy called rob to get a 307 from Leeds to Bath; was a spot on job and had a good rating on Shipley; said if i needed anything again to call direct as would be about £60 cheaper (£30 mine and £30 his shipley fee's). He is from the Peak district so around where you want it from. Couldnt falt his service; good contact and prof service. His number is 07738410923

i was looking how far it was as i do car transporting but its 18hours for me to get there then to you then back home bit to much for me ha

I tried www.aberdeen-vehicle-transport.com, quoted about £400+ vat. Also tried a company called KARRS, he said around £260.
I registered on shiply last night. Cheapest so far is £250 and dearest £545. No mention of insurance coverage on cheapest quote though.

Yeah it's a fair trek. I drove down on friday night to look at the car and drove straight home, nackered.

Cheapest option is definately finding someone local to do it. For the likes of me or Ben to do it we would have to charge for goin down to pick up, to come up to drop off an then back down home so obviously isnt cost effective for you or kind to us sleepwise ha!!
So try an find someone local with insurance to carry

I've ended up using a company called K.A.R.R. Solutions from Forfar. Got recommended by a member on MLR who had used him.
Good price too compared to most other people.
