Looks like an interesting product.
Like the keyboard built into the cover.
As for the product - without 1 vital bit PRICE its virtually impossible to say.
Still not convinced by Windows 8 for ARM - Can see way too many people wanting to download apps for Windows 8 only to find they are the Intel not Arm versions.
