Hi, I have a IS300 that has peel on the door, little on the passenger side wing and loads on the wing mirrors. I want this addressing as other wise the car is lovely.

Here is a pic....

Anybody know how it can be sorted and if paint is required?

How old is it, I'm sure there is a 10 year paint and body warranty on them

As said it needs to be repainted. I had the same problem on the rear bumper of my golf and had to get it painted.

On some of the Evos the rear spoilers have really bad lacquer peel and that can be fixed. Not sure how they do it tho.

That would of been repainted as its peeling in exact same place on the door moulding meaning moulding was left on when door was painted which = cheap job, most likely cheap products and poor adhesion of the cheap lacquer to base coat

i had the same problem on the spoiler on my corsa. Had to strip it bare then respray it completely. Annoying I managed to get a massive run were the lacquer peal was originally then ran out of paint
