The DVLA definition just says 'delivery miles'. There's no actual figure provided, there are a few ways you can go about it, same process as if it were an import and they had to make that distinction or if you built the car yourself.

Major problem if its unregistered is that the type approval may have expired, I think this was the case for Rover when they went bust and there was a lot of old stock that couldn't be registered as new.

If that works out at about £4k then its not exactly expensive for what it is, there are still traders advertising them for £3k+ with all the problems of low mileage and none are that low.

That must be fairly unique, not even sure Ford heritage have one that low. Their FRP has 125k on it.
